We are a rural dual paramedic crews based out of Madison County, North Carolina. Each location is staffed 24/7, 365 days, ready to provide the highest quality advance life support care.

Community Outreach

An important fundamental to our organization is community education and outreach. It is our core belief that better healthcare begins with each individual.
For this reason, we provide CPR/AED training to nonprofit organizations free of charge. If you are interested in recieving training for your organization, please reach out to us.

Grants and studies

We have been fortunate to partner with UNC-Chapel Hill University, NC State University, and NC Community Colleges to provide better services to our community.

RACE Cars Trial:
This study attempts to increase the survivability of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. Through this partnership we can been able to provide more than 50 Automatic External Defibrillators across our beautiful county. Coupled with CPR training we hope to make a change within the community.

PECC+
Pediatric Emergency Care Coordinators plus aims to improve pediatric care within our community by providing the most up-to-date training and equipment.

NC Apprenticeship Program
We are fortunate to partner with the NC apprenticeship to provide on the job training with upcoming paramedics. This expansion has permitted our agency to have at the ready prehospital providers to the county and ensure a lasting legacy to the communities that we serve.
